Showed up on time to check to see if what was black on ceiling was mold.
He checked that as well as around windows in house to verify I did not any mold issues. He did verify I had a mildew issue and recommended I purchase a dehumidifyer. Did not accept any payment for his time.

Absolutely 100% satisfied with Tim's service. The cat urine smell in this home was still horrendous even after we treated the home ourselves and had everything replaced. I was completely desperate and called Tim. I was terrified it wouldn't work, but it did!! Not only did the treatment work, but he was super pleasant to do business with. He was available and he returned calls and texts promptly. He spent a lot of time and effort, even driving many miles back to the property to "retreat". Even several days, if not over a week, after all the work was done, I found one area that I could pin point where it still smelled. I called him up, and asked if he would come back out and spray again. He did without hesitation, and this property is not at all close to his business! After all was said and done, the smell is completely eliminated, and I am grateful he was able to help us!! You will not be disappointed with his service. He is genuine, honest, and will try and work with you to keep costs down, while still properly servicing the home.

The short story is that I had milk spilled in my car and someone tried to cover it with chemicals and it was nauseating. After over a week of the windows left open, the smell was still horrible and I had given up hope. Aristocrat Air came and completely removed the odor in my car. SO THANKFUL FOR YOUR COMPANY!!

Tim came in and did his magic and after all most a year the smell has not returned. The price may seem high but it is totally worth it. *Note do not paint before you use these services because if there is any sort of bodily fluids, etc. on the wall it will make your paint bubble.
