My present need was to have a diagnosis as to what was going on with molded caulking around sinks, especially in the master bath. This mold build up has taken place twice; the house is less than eighteen months old. The owner Tim was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable, and clear in his descriptions. No mold was in the wood or granite. He offered suggestions for cleanup: "green" products for this task and others. Yes, I would recommend his company to my friends!

I had some mold in my crawl space. I was told by one company that it would be $5K to fix and then another $1000 to add a sealant to prevent it from coming back and that it would take 3 days to complete. Aristocrat Air gave me an estimate of less than half that and did the work in 2 days instead of 3! They even installed a new dryer vent that ran through the crawl space for me! They were responsive, and showed up on time and did great work! I definitely recommend them!

Owner was very quick to respond to my email and texts in regards to some mold in my water closet. Flexible in regards to working with plumber. Had same day service for both plumber and Aristocratic. I think price was fair although this was my first time having anything done like this as a homeowner. I did get two other quotes and he had the best price between the three. I would recommend Aristocratic Air for mold remediation.

Showed up on time to check to see if what was black on ceiling was mold. He checked that as well as around windows in house to verify I did not any mold issues. He did verify I had a mildew issue and recommended I purchase a dehumidifyer. Did not accept any payment for his time. Highly professional

The short story is that I had milk spilled in my car and someone tried to cover it with chemicals and it was nauseating. After over a week of the windows left open, the smell was still horrible and I had given up hope. Aristocrat Air came and completely removed the odor in my car. SO THANKFUL FOR YOUR COMPANY!!

Absolutely 100% satisfied with Tim's service. The cat urine smell in this home was still horrendous even after we treated the home ourselves and had everything replaced. I was completely desperate and called Tim. I was terrified it wouldn't work, but it did!! Not only did the treatment work, but he was super pleasant to do business with. He was available and he returned calls and texts promptly. He spent a lot of time and effort, even driving many miles back to the property to "retreat". Even several days, if not over a week, after all the work was done, I found one area that I could pin point where it still smelled. I called him up, and asked if he would come back out and spray again. He did without hesitation, and this property is not at all close to his business! After all was said and done, the smell is completely eliminated, and I am grateful he was able to help us!! You will not be disappointed with his service.
